Ataxim has been playing a silent role in the story since they got to the prison--the collars just extended his range.
Ultra's powers are mostly telekinetic, as are Debbie's, but two different flavors. He mostly uses it the way the early nineties' Superboy did---for flying, for protection, for amplifying his blows. (Plus some vision powers that might be him speeding up molecules, causing heat.) Debbie basically lifts things with her mind, with those crazy dark tendrils she uses.
I suppose technically his hair should turn dark as Ataxim de-powers Ultra, but that's been inconsistent up to now, and I'd rather not recolor the pages, so we'll just give that one a pass.
