The Darkbringer, and subsequently "what Lightbringer did to him," occurred in the latest completed storyline in Lightbringer. More or less Lightbringer absorbed the light of the sun and the city and fired it all in one concentrated burst, burning the front of Darkbringer's body as well as his hair. At the conclusion of the storyline, the Smiling Man recruited our dark-suited friend here and patched him up.

Subsequently, people may notice he looks a little different here. Why? That's for me to know and for future storylines of Lightbringer to reveal...
